Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid training seats and briefings confirmed in writing by App Infrastructure. Website pricing is informational only; no payments are processed on this site.

Refund eligibility

Full refunds are available when you cancel a confirmed individual seat at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort or clinic start date stated in your confirmation email. Team blocks may be cancelled under the same fourteen-day rule for unused seats only.

Timeframe for requests

Send refund requests to contact@app-infrastructure.digital with your confirmation reference, participant name, and program title. Requests received after the fourteen-day window are evaluated under partial refund or exception rules below.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between thirteen (13) and five (5) days before start may receive a 50% refund of fees paid for that seat. Cancellations within four (4) days of start, or after the first live session has begun, are generally not refundable, except where required by mandatory law or where we cancel the program.

Non-refundable items

Custom on-site delivery setup fees, third-party venue costs prepaid at your request, and completed private walkthroughs scheduled under Oversight Circle are non-refundable once delivered or once non-recoverable costs have been incurred and disclosed to you.

Refund process

After we confirm eligibility, we issue the refund to the original payer using the original payment method when possible. You will receive email confirmation of the amount and reference.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within ten (10) business days. Banks or card issuers may require additional time to post the credit.

Refund method

Refunds follow the original method (bank transfer or card). We do not issue cash refunds. Currency conversion differences charged by your bank are outside our control.

Cancellations by App Infrastructure

If we cancel a cohort or briefing, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no additional seat fee. We are not responsible for travel costs you booked independently.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill exceptions for documented medical emergencies or bereavement on a case-by-case basis. Substituting another participant from your organization before the start date is usually allowed at no fee and is preferred over cancellation when feasible.
